FemSweat Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FemSweat. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FemSweat mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by FemSweat LLC (“FemSweat,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

3. User Accounts

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal

• Pricing is subject to change with notice

• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective billing policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

FemSweat does not provide refunds for unused subscription periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

• Disrupt or interfere with platform security or functionality

• Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Services without permission

• Upload malicious code or harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, graphics, text, and materials provided through FemSweat are the exclusive property of FemSweat LLC and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FemSweat LLC shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from use of the Services
